Terms of service

These terms apply to every booking made with Pal Tour and Travels by phone, WhatsApp, email or through paltourandtravel.com.

Bookings and quotes

• A booking is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation with the vehicle, fare and trip details.
• Quotes are based on the itinerary you share. Changes to the route, time or duration may change the fare.
• Every vehicle is chauffeur-driven. We do not offer self-drive rentals.

Fares and charges

• Your quote states which items are included, such as fuel, tolls, state entry tax, parking and driver allowance, and which are billed at actuals.
• Extra kilometres and hours beyond your package are charged at the rates in your quote.
• Night charges apply for driving between 10 pm and 6 am where stated in your quote.

During the trip

• Kilometres and time are counted from our garage and back to our garage, unless your quote says otherwise.
• Passengers must not ask the chauffeur to break traffic rules, exceed safe driving hours or carry more passengers than the vehicle's permitted capacity.
• Smoking, alcohol and illegal items are not allowed in the vehicle.
• Damage to the vehicle caused by passengers may be charged at actual repair cost.

Delays and breakdowns

We plan every trip to run on time. If a delay is caused by traffic, weather, road closures or events beyond our control, we will keep you informed and do our best to minimise disruption. If a vehicle breaks down, we arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

Cancellations are governed by our cancellation policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction.
