Cancellation policy

We keep cancellations simple. The rules below apply unless your written booking confirmation or corporate contract says otherwise.

Local and airport bookings

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
• Cancelled within 24 hours of pickup: a cancellation fee as stated in your confirmation may apply.
• If the chauffeur has already reached the pickup point, the minimum package charge applies.

Outstation bookings

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup.
• Cancelled within 48 hours of pickup: one day's minimum charge may apply.
• Trips cut short after starting are billed for the days and kilometres actually used, subject to the minimums in your quote.

Multi-day trips, weddings and events

• Cancellation terms for multi-day trips, weddings and multi-vehicle events are shared in writing with your booking, because vehicles are reserved well in advance.

If we have to cancel

If we are unable to provide the confirmed vehicle, we will offer an equivalent or higher-class vehicle at no extra cost, or a full refund of any advance paid.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
