Information we collect

• Booking details you give us: name, mobile number, email, pickup and drop locations, travel dates, flight numbers and any notes you add.
• Corporate details: organisation name, GST number, billing address and contact person, for account holders.
• Basic technical data: standard server logs such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the site secure.

How we use it

• To prepare quotes, confirm bookings and assign a chauffeur and vehicle.
• To contact you about your trip by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
• To issue invoices and meet legal, tax and permit requirements.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

• The chauffeur assigned to your trip receives your name, phone number and trip details.
• Service providers who help us operate, such as our form-delivery service (Web3Forms) and WhatsApp, which process messages you choose to send.
• Government authorities where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and billing records for as long as required by Indian tax and business laws, and delete enquiry data that did not turn into a booking within a reasonable period.
